PICK UP & DELIVERY FAQ
Blue bags are for Wash & Fold laundry. Green bags are for Dry Cleaning and laundered shirts.
If we find a garment that is better suited for Dry Cleaning in your Wash & Fold bag (the blue bag), we will hold it back from cleaning. Given the volume of orders we clean, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to identify all dry-cleaning garments if they’re in there by mistake.
Please remember to separate your items into their correct bags before pickup.
Tips are optional and can be left in the app. If you have positive feedback for your valet, please email us at feedback@laundrypal.com and we will be sure to pass it along!
Yes, just let us know if you need an extra garment bag.
You can enter the promo code on the app when you place an order or through the website. If you have any issues, contact us at 1-888-888-4312 or help@laundrypal.com and we will make sure it is applied to your order.
Not a problem! A message is sent out the day prior to your pickup and if you need to cancel it, you can respond “SKIP” directly to that text. Otherwise, if you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup and delivery, you can do it through the app, on the website, or by text at 551-257-2551. There is no additional cost.
Note: If you need to cancel your pickup or delivery after the pickup or delivery route has begun, a Cancellation Fee will apply (see pricing for amount).
Our delivery service is free. The normal turnaround is 2 days for Wash and Fold and 3 days for Dry Cleaning. We have a “Next Day” service (24 hour turnaround) available for Wash and Fold orders for an additional $10.00. You can request this when placing your order or by letting our valet know.
Delivery is FREE when it occurs on your normal route days. We want to make the customer experience frictionless, so we don’t charge a fee if you have to cancel or reschedule. That said, we recognize that sometimes you might need your clothes back sooner than your next route day. In those instances, we offer Rush Service for Wash & Fold (min. 24-hour turnaround) and Dry Cleaning (min. 48-hour turnaround) services for an additional $10. You can request this directly with your valet, on your order or by email at help@laundrypal.com.
Monday through Saturday with service available from 7 AM to 10 AM and 6 PM to 10 PM

INFORMATIONAL FAQ
LaundryPal’s mission is to provide the highest quality on-demand Wash & Fold and Dry Cleaning services in Northern New Jersey. We care about our customers and take the necessary precautions to ensure that clothing is always handled and cleaned properly. All items will be cleaned according to the manufacturer’s recommended cleaning instructions unless requested otherwise. We cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in material that were not reported to us prior to processing. Although we do our best to scan for loose items in clothing, it is the customer’s responsibility to check their laundry for items that may ruin their clothing such as pens, crayons, markers, lipstick, candy, gum, etc. While we will do our best to remedy any laundry stains, the company will not be held liable for damages of this type.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or missing, an email must be submitted to info@laundrypal.com within 48 hours that includes a photo, description, and evidence of the damages or missing item. Our goal is to resolve the problem first and we will carefully review your claim within 72 hours before proceeding.
Feel free to use the “Special Instructions” field in the app or email help@laundrypal.com to indicate any special instructions on your order.
Once your clothing has been scanned into our system, you can see the approximate pricing through your app. Pricing is subject to change until the order is marked as “Ready.”

Yes. Receipts can be viewed on the app and they are also sent via email.
We are thrilled that you have enjoyed your experience with us enough to share the love with your friends. The best way to tell your friends is to use our app or website to generate referral codes you can share with your friends and family. You will receive $20 in dry cleaning credit for each friend you get to sign up once they complete their first transaction (they will also have $20 in dry cleaning credit to get started thanks to you!). We have found the most effective ways to spread the word are by emailing or texting your custom link directly to people you know could benefit from some clean clothes and peace of mind, or to share more broadly on Facebook or Instagram.

Yes, we work with a great company that specializes in professionally cleaning leather garments.

Wash & Fold is charged by weight. The following items are charged on a per item basis:
Cotton Comforters
Down Comforters
Blankets
Mats (bath or kitchen)
Please refer to the pricing page for exact amounts.
These items require a separate washing and drying process. Comforters in particular take several hours to dry which is why it’s an industry standard to charge a higher rate.
