GOOGLE ANALYTICS, ADVERTISING, AND MEASUREMENT DISCLOSURE

LaundryPal, operated by LaundryPal (“we,” “us,” or “our”), uses Google Analytics
and Google Ads to understand how visitors use laundrypal.com and to measure whether our
advertising is working. This section explains what those tools collect, how we and Google
use that information together, and how you can opt out.

Google Analytics Advertising Features We Use

We have enabled the following Google Analytics Advertising Features:

  • Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting — gives us
aggregate information about the age ranges, gender, and general interest categories of
people who visit our website, so we can better understand who we are serving. We receive
this only in aggregate. We do not receive, and do not attempt to determine, the identity
    of any individual visitor.
  • Remarketing with Google Analytics — allows us to show our ads to
people who have previously visited laundrypal.com as they browse other websites and apps
    in Google’s advertising network.
  • Google Ads Conversion Tracking — lets us see how many people who
clicked one of our ads went on to schedule a pickup or place an order, so we can measure
    which advertising is worth continuing.
How First-Party and Third-Party Cookies Are Used Together

First-party cookies and identifiers are set by laundrypal.com. These include Google
Analytics cookies. We use them to recognise returning visitors, remember preferences,
measure how people move through the site, and understand which pages lead to an order.

Third-party cookies and identifiers are set by Google and other advertising vendors,
including Google advertising cookies and mobile advertising identifiers. These are used to
serve our ads on other websites, limit how often you see the same ad, and measure how those
ads perform.

These two types of data are used together. Google Analytics first-party
cookies are combined with Google advertising third-party cookies and identifiers so that we
can build remarketing audiences, report on demographics and interests, and connect an ad
click to a later visit or order. This combined use is what makes the Advertising Features
above possible. We do not combine this data with information that personally identifies you,
and we do not attempt to re-identify individual visitors from Google’s aggregate reports.

Customer Contact Information Used for Ad Measurement

When you place an order or create an account, we share a secured version of the contact
information you provide — such as your email address, phone number, name, and address
— with Google so that Google can perform advertising measurement services on our
behalf. This feature is called enhanced conversions.

Before this information leaves your browser it is converted using SHA-256 hashing, a
one-way process that turns the data into an irreversible string of characters. Google uses
it only to determine whether an order came from one of our ads, so that our advertising
reporting is accurate. Google acts as our service provider for this purpose. This data is
not used to build advertising profiles about you and is not shared with other advertisers.

Where the law requires your consent before we share this information, we will obtain it.

Our Online Ordering Platform

Our scheduling and ordering system is provided by Cents (Make Cents Technologies, Inc.) and
runs on a separate web address, app.trycents.com. When you move from laundrypal.com into
the ordering flow, measurement identifiers are passed between the two addresses so that a
single visit is counted as one visit rather than two. The order, account, and payment
information you enter in that system is processed by Cents under its agreement with us, and
Cents’ own privacy notice applies to how that platform handles data. This policy governs
laundrypal.com and the information we collect and use as described here.

Information We Do Not Send to Google Analytics

We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, payment details, or
any other information that directly identifies you to Google Analytics. The contact
information described in the enhanced conversions section above is shared only in hashed
form and only with Google’s advertising measurement service, not with Google Analytics.

Your Choices and How to Opt Out

You can control or prevent this collection in the following ways:

Requesting Access to or Deletion of Your Information

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal
information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. New Jersey
residents may have these rights under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act. To make a request,
contact us at info@laundrypal.com. We will
respond within the time period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against
you for exercising these rights.

Data Retention

Analytics and advertising data collected through Google is retained in accordance with the
data retention settings on our Google Analytics property and Google’s own policies. We keep
order and account information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our
legal and accounting obligations.

Changes to This Disclosure

We may update this section as our use of analytics and advertising tools changes or as the
law requires. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
