Not a problem! A message is sent out the day prior to your pickup and if you need to cancel it, you can respond “SKIP” directly to that text. Otherwise, if you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup and delivery, you can do it through the app, on the website, or by text at 551-257-2551. There is no additional cost.
Note: If you need to cancel your pickup or delivery after the pickup or delivery route has begun, a Cancellation Fee will apply (see pricing for amount).
