LaundryPal’s mission is to provide the highest quality on-demand Wash & Fold and Dry Cleaning services in Northern New Jersey. We care about our customers and take the necessary precautions to ensure that clothing is always handled and cleaned properly. All items will be cleaned according to the manufacturer’s recommended cleaning instructions unless requested otherwise. We cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in material that were not reported to us prior to processing. Although we do our best to scan for loose items in clothing, it is the customer’s responsibility to check their laundry for items that may ruin their clothing such as pens, crayons, markers, lipstick, candy, gum, etc. While we will do our best to remedy any laundry stains, the company will not be held liable for damages of this type.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or missing, an email must be submitted to info@laundrypal.com within 48 hours that includes a photo, description, and evidence of the damages or missing item. Our goal is to resolve the problem first and we will carefully review your claim within 72 hours before proceeding.
